Alex Pilcher

Alex leads on account management, planning and co-ordination of services for the OmniGov client team and government planning accounts such as the FCA and HMRC. She has been at MG OMD for almost three and a half years but worked in media for 11. She has experience across a range of different sectors including; retail, technology and automotive working on a number of high profile clients including: Morrisons, Intuit and Mitsubishi.

Jon Smale

Head of Partnership Activation, OmniGOV @ Manning Gottlieb OMD

As Head of Partnerships and Trading, Jon brings over 20 years' worth of media experience to the HM Government team, driving value and innovative creative solutions to each client. Jon leads a team of four people and helps deliver best-in-class media partnerships whilst driving HM Government’s shift towards outcome-based trading.

Emma Scoular

Head of Effectiveness, OmniGOV @ Manning Gottlieb OMD

Working with HM Government to drive new standards in communications effectiveness, Emma leads a new team of 10 measurement and data visualisation specialists, whose aim is to demonstrate and uncover insights into how MG OMD and HM Government can collectively deliver on outcomes buying. This new area of focus will uncover rules, norms, and examples of how paid media drives campaign outcomes at a cross-department level, raising standards in effectiveness across all departments, and uncovering new insights into how public sector communications can most effectively drive behaviour change in society.

James Thompson

Head of Government Planning, OmniGOV @ Manning Gottlieb OMD

James is leading the newly formed Implementational Planning Team within the MG OMD HM Government department, OmniGOV. James’ role is to ensure that insight exploration is used to enhance the work produced by the department. Collaboration is critical to success here, ensuring that James is working closely with all teams internally, with external partners, as well as clients and planning agencies to ensure that the objectives and strategic thinking are executed in the most effective way.

Katerina Daskalou

Head of International, OmniGOV @ Manning Gottlieb OMD

Katerina sits within the International arm of the OmniGOV team where she leads on HMG campaigns targeting global audiences. She has over 14 years of experience in UK & international media and a passion for managing diverse and challenging clients with a global footprint. The majority of her and her team’s time is spent on delivering messaging around the GREAT campaign; a campaign focused on encouraging audiences to visit, study, invest and do business in Britain in order to deliver more jobs and growth to British taxpayers.
