We have created OmniGOV, a bespoke offering for HMG within MG OMD at our Omnicom Bankside offices. Comprising the OmniGOV team, powered by the Omni platform, a customised operating system housing all our tools, data & knowledge, with a focus on outcome delivery.

Alex Pilcher (maternity leave)

Alex leads on account management, planning and co-ordination of services for the OmniGov client team and government planning accounts such as the FCA and HMRC. She has been at MG OMD for almost three and a half years but worked in media for 11. She has experience across a range of different sectors including; retail, technology and automotive working on a number of high profile clients including: Morrisons, Intuit and Mitsubishi.

Adam Skinner

Working closely with HM Government to deliver a new world standard in Government communications, Adam plays a key leadership role in a team of over 100 people servicing a portfolio up to 90 departments with a projected annual spend of £150 million. Adam’s role is to help deliver our commitment to transparency, performance and partnership. His focus is operational efficiency and delivering client outcomes.

Sophia Durrani

Head of Strategic Planning

Having led the strategy and insight across of breadth of clients including those with complex portfolios, such as BACARDI and General Mills, as well as international megabrands such as H&M and Xbox, Sophia now leads the Strategic Planning for the Government at MG OMD. With a passion for behaviour change best practice, Sophia applies lessons from her PhD in Psychology to encourage UK citizens to donate blood, be aware of financial scammers, and get their COVID vaccines, amongst many other campaigns.

Matthew Taylor

Head of Digital, OmniGov @ MG OMD

Working closely with HM Government to deliver a new world standard in Government communications, Matthew leads the digital team of 50+ digital specialists. Matthew’s role is to deliver on our digital transparency, performance and partnership. His focus is to improve the digital understanding across departments and explore new digital opportunities that get the media working closer to client outcomes. With over 14 years’ digital experience, Matthew joined the agency in 2011 and has worked in various roles and departments within MG OMD including the agencies Head of Digital Planning.
