Dara Treseder

Dara Treseder – Chief Marketing Officer, Carbon

Previously, Dara was CMO of GE Ventures and prior to that led marketing and growth efforts at Apple and Goldman Sachs. At Carbon, Dara is responsible for building awareness for Carbon with new customers and consumers. As an expert on marketing and technology, Dara has been noted for her knowledge and achievements: in 2018, she was named in Forbes’ ‘CMO Next’ list and by AdAge as among its ‘Women to Watch’. Dara is a frequent contributor to leading marketing publications, and a sought-after speaker, lecturer and advisor. She serves on the North American board of the Mobile Marketing Association as well as on the board of directors of the Public Health Institute.

Rohit Arora

Rohit Arora – Business Director & Head of Strategy, Liwa Content Driven

Over the last two decades, Rohit has held leadership roles in WPP agencies (Grey, Y&R, JWT and Bates). His work has been recognised at awards including Effie, Jay Chiat and Cannes, and he has written for the likes of WARC, Campaign and Brandchannel. In his current role, he’s encouraging brands to harness the power of video-marketing to add value across the sales funnel.

Monica Bhatia

Monica Bhatia – Senior Vice President, Client Partner, APAC, Essence

Monica leads the agency’s Google media business to promote its consumer and B2B products in APAC. She oversees Essence’s integrated offering for Google, and thrives using media, creativity, and technology to create breakthrough work. Prior to Essence, Monica was Regional Digital Director, APAC at Maxus, where she built its digital product proposition across 14 markets in the region.

Unmisha Bhatt

Unmisha Bhatt – Chief Strategy Officer for India and MENA region, Tonic Worldwide

Unmisha has 18 years of experience in developing integrated brand campaigns. With a passion for consumer insight mining and strategy, she has led brands like Ponds, Bajaj Electricals and Tata Sky. She leads business development, strategic planning and key client relationships along with spearheading new markets and global expansion. She also founded Tonic’s UAE office for the Middle East.

Valeria Corna

Valeria Corna – Innovation Director, Digitas

Valeria has been working as a strategy and innovation consultant for the last 10 years. She focuses on helping businesses embrace innovative ways of working to drive customer centricity, cultural transformation, create new business and customer value. Her passion is bringing together people from different departments, backgrounds and perspectives to co-create meaningful experiences and strong platforms for internal change.

Tamara Cross

Tamara Cross – Executive Director, Head of Creativity & Innovation, Manning Gottlieb OMD

An Omnicom veteran with 18 years of experience across digital, strategy and planning, Tamara’s role is to ensure that creativity is at the core of all MG OMD’s integrated work. Her focus on delivering creative innovation for, among others, John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose, has been highly awarded on local and global stages, including Campaign, WARC, Festival of Media and the IPA.

Ete Davies

Ete Davies – Chief Executive Officer, Engine

Ete has over 17 years of experience at some of the UK’s top agencies including, AKQA, Tribal DDB and Digitas. Prior to joining ENGINE, he was Managing Director of AnalogFolk, where he grew the agency and its recognition for innovation and creative excellence. Ete is also the co-founder of WeAreStripes and CultureHeroes. Both are initiatives that create opportunities for POC across the creative industries.

Sameer Desai

Sameer Desai – ex-Global Head of Consumer Healthcare / ex-VP Asia World Federation of Advertisers,

Sameer is a global business leader with a 25-year track record of growing brands into profitable market leadership positions. His last role was as Global Head of Consumer Healthcare at Mundipharma. Prior to that, he held various regional and global roles at GSK Consumer Health based in the Middle East, UK and Singapore, and at P&G, Kellogg’s and Friesland.

Damian Ferrar – Global Head of Genuine X, Jack Morton

With a passion for embracing and leveraging emerging technologies, Damian has helped realise the vision and commercial objectives of many global brands through transformative brand experience platforms. Previously at R/GA, Imagination and Interbrand, Damian heads up Jack Morton’s global innovation practice, exploring the intersection of emerging technology, content and data to create immersive, human experiences that bring brands to life.

Amy works with local and international brands to overhaul their consumer products, strategies and culture. She’s worked in strategy and innovation for 15 years, and is also a columnist, co-founder of DICE: a self-regulatory framework that promotes diversity and inclusion at conferences. She is also a bestselling author and poet.

Simon Levitt – Global Creative Technology Director, Imagination

Simon consistently drives forward ground-breaking digital projects that are changing the nature of consumer experiences across the globe. He has 14 years of experience working for clients such as the Science Museum, Sony, Canon and Ford. He has recently been pushing the boundaries of storytelling techniques using immersive technologies to create innovative stories with emotional resonance.

Tom Mackenzie

Tom Mackenzie – Global Innovation Director, Senior Global Digital Lead

Tom works with clients including HSBC and The Stars Group. Prior to this, he led the charge on large brand accounts such as EA Games, OnePlus and Warner Music. During his time at PHD, he has helped clients make the leap into innovation, from crafting progressive partnerships to developing pilots across emerging media and tech platforms.

Mazen Mroue

Mazen Mroue – Senior Global Digital Media & Technology Lead, Programmatic, FrieslandCampina

Mazen’s responsibilities cover media, technology, and innovation. He oversees media pitches, digital strategies, and design of the technology ecosystem. Before moving to the Netherlands, Mazen worked agency-side for six years in Dubai, Singapore, and Beirut. His diverse portfolio covers prominent multinationals such as BlackBerry, Samsung, Emirates, Etihad airlines, and all the Richemont Luxury brands.

Justin Peyton

Justin Peyton – Chief Transformation and Strategy Officer, Wunderman Thompson APAC

With more years in the industry than he cares to admit, Justin helps brands solve today’s business challenges and drive their bottom line by connecting capabilities such as data, experience, technology, media and creativity. He has worked at a wide range of brands including Samsung, HSBC, AstraZeneca, Unilever, Nissan, and EA Games.

Jamie Seltzer

Jamie Seltzer – Global Managing Director, MarTech & Data Strategy, Havas Media Group

Jamie is responsible for driving data and technology strategy, including how to approach complex industry changes and integrate client data and technology into its distinctive marketing planning process at a global level.
