  • The EU Digital Services Act (DSA) will mean different things to each platform but as a whole platforms will be forced to be more accountable for the content that appears on their platforms. As a result of this platforms will be seeing the changes below:
    • TikTok will be making changes that mean users will now be able to switch off a personalised algorithm within its “For You” and “Live Feeds”
    • Snapchat have changed the way you can reach under 18 year olds with various placements and targeting no longer available
  • Instagram will soon have a new feed dedicated to posts from Meta verified users only
  • Netflix are now streaming games
  • Tinder’s latest ad explaining the increase in character limits featuring bios from some of the world’s most famous portraits. From Leonardo Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa to Vermeer’s Girl with the Pearl Earring
  • Samsung goes 3D with their new OOH campaign for their Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5
  • McDonald’s launches a nostalgic campaign that showcases its role within iconic films. This is also being supported with a series OOH partnerships
  • AI content detection by search engines: Google’s plan and long-term strategy
